A teenage
girl was so infatuated with her biological father that she allowed him to have
sex with her simply because she wouldn’t like to see him get married to his
fiancée. She offered to open her legs to
her dad as her own way of stopping him from tying the knot with a new woman.
Although the
girl’s identity was not disclosed, a psycho report showed that she was deprived
of her mother's love and the sexual encounters which happened with her 58-year
old dad were as a result of infatuation, misplaced love, and devotion. The
prospect of a new woman in the man’s life increased the desperation of a
daughter who had been in lack of her mother’s love.
This
unflattering incident could have remained an eternal secret between dad and
daughter but for the accidental intervention of the young woman’s little
brother. The sexual moments were captured on video which was later discovered
by the girl’s brother on an SD card. The
father reportedly did not use protection. Uh!
The
horrified young man, who was then in secondary school, came across the footage
of the intercourse and alerted the police without realizing that the sexual act
was consensual. The incidents took place at a time when their father was about
to formally get married to his fiancée.
In
mitigation, the young woman's lawyer told district court in Hong Kong that the
case was highly unusual. Explaining further, she told the court that the girl
offered to have sex with her dad, hoping that he would change his mind and
refrain from marrying his fiancée.
The court
also heard from the lawyer that her client once tried to tell the prosecutors
to hold her fully responsible so that her father could go scotch free. The
lawyer then pleaded that it shows the extent of devotion and infatuation the
defendant had for her father. She insisted that it served no purpose to society
to lock her up and punish her.
Both
daughter and dad, who is said to be a Chinese medicine practitioner, pleaded
guilty to two counts of incest.
