Cop Seen on Camera Searching Woman’s Vagina for 11 Minutes, Remove Her Pants and Open Her Legs

A Dashcam video released by Texas attorney, Samuel Cammack III, has shown cop humiliating a 20-year-old college student by searching her vagina for 11 minutes.

The molestation took place in June 2015, when Charnieisha Corley, 23, who was just 20-years-old as at then, was pulled over by Harris County deputies. She was stopped for allegedly running a stop sign.

Texas attorney, Cammack, has said that Corley, a college student with no criminal history at the time, was humiliated by police for no just cause. He has insisted that his client was subjected to ‘rape by cop’.

According to Cammack, his client was manhandled by the cops and her head was stuck under the car before they eventually forced her pants off, which left her naked and exposed in an open place.

The deputies had claimed they could smell marijuana coming from the victim’s vehicle. When they searched, they found nothing in the car but didn’t stop at that.

In the dashcam recordings released on Monday by the attorney, Corley is seen handcuffed and being thrown to the floor by a female cop. The officers then removed Corley's pants and opened her legs.

They flashed a torch towards her naked vagina after they had searched her and then ‘penetrated’ her vagina. All of these happened in a parking lot at a convenience store.

In the footage, Corley is seen lying on the ground, her legs open, as two female cops stand and kneel interchangeably over her for about 11 minutes.

Also seen in the clip is a male cop standing close by but having his back turned to Corley and the rest of the officers. The officers are seen at a point putting both of Corley's ankles behind her ears.

In the footage, which is too graphic, Corley is heard saying to the cops after the operation, ‘that was extreme, to pull my clothes down, in front of people.’

Two of the deputies, in June 2016, were arraigned on charges of official oppression for maltreating Corley while on duty.

The case was listed to go to trial on August 7, but according to Harris County District Attorney's Office Civil Rights Division Chief, Natasha Sinclair, their office saw ‘significant new evidence’ that they believed they needed to present to the grand jury.

Days before the trial was to begin, prosecutors, however, dropped the charges and submitted the matter to a new grand jury.

Corley’s lawyer, Cammack, has said that they are planning on a $15 million suit and that the civil case is scheduled to go to trial in January 2018.

Speaking to a reporter, Cammack said he plans to request for an independent prosecutor to oversee the DA's handling of the case against the cops.
